Site Assessments
EA Group has been performing site assessments since 1988. We have completed several hundred projects including undeveloped, residential, commercial and industrial sites. Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments are conducted according to either American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) or Ohio Voluntary Action Program (VAP) standards. Underground Storage Tank (UST) and soil/groundwater assessments follow Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) requirements.

Our expertise includes soil, ground and surface water, industrial solid waste, ambient air, process gases and liquids. Most analytical procedures are completed in our Ohio EPA VAP certified laboratory.
