services in Northeastern Ohio. We have extensive experience in all phases
of asbestos management activities. Our full scope of services includes
the following:
- Building inspections: OSHA compliance, demolition planning, AHERA inspections, pre-acquisition inspections
- Abatement specifications developed by certified management planners.
- Project oversight and air monitoring during abatement procedures performed by trained and certified field hygienists.
- Development of site specific Operations and Maintenance (O & M) Plans, which clearly indicate Asbestos Containing Building Material (ACBM) locations and provide a comprehensive plan for ongoing building operations.
- Laboratory analysis performed by our in-house laboratory that is AIHA and NVLAP accredited.
Lead-Based Paint:
EA Group provides lead paint hazard management services to residential, commercial, government and school clients. We have completed surveys of multi-family, scattered-site and single-family HUD projects, as well as large and small scale private sector projects.
Capabilities:
- Lead paint inspections by X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) or paint chip sampling
- Lead Risk Assessments in accordance with HUD protocols
- Lead Abatement planning and project management
- Air monitoring, clearance sampling
- Samples analyzed in our fully accredited laboratory (Ohio Department of Health)
- Dust, soil, paint chips, air samples, waste characterization
